Join Xhale meditation facilitator, Ann Ward, for a day of guided meditations, including musical meditation, and visualisations. Throughout the day Ann will share the many benefits of mindfulness meditation to holistic health and well-being.
There will also be the opportunity to participate in mindfulness eating and a gentle guided walk to explore the magic of the forest and connect with the healing energy of nature while deepening your awareness of living life in the present moment.
