Join us in reviving the tradition of celebrating Lúnasa and the harvest with a céilí and tea-dance, which used to be a regular occurrence in the World War II Nissan Hut in Meigh during 1960s – 1990s.
Don’t worry if you don’t know any dances, or have two left feet, Raymond Carroll will be on hand to guide you through the steps of a series of traditional céilí dances. All you need to bring with you is a sense of humour and a willingness to have-a-go and you’ll have a great nights craic.
Cost: £8 / person; includes tea/coffee, water and a light supper
Booking essential.
