Ann will introduce you to the powerful relationship between mindfulness and stress management and the many benefits for holistic health and well-being.
You will learn how to recognize stress, and how to manage it through a number of practical tools to live a happier, healthier and more peaceful lifestyle.
Ann will guide you through a number of mindfulness techniques to help anchor you in the present moment – liberating you from worry and anxiety e.g. breathing exercises, observing and detaching from your thoughts, reducing the ‘noise’ in your life, managing your emotions, body scan, sensory development through contemplative eating and walking practice, living a mindful lifestyle.
The day will include a restorative and mindful walk through the forest, where you will develop your sensory appreciation of nature and connect with your inner peace.
