Join local meditation facilitator Ann Ward, who on these hour-long taster sessions will introduce you to a range of mindfulness techniques and to some of the hundred holistic benefits of meditation to health and wellbeing.  Each session will include the sensory experience of eating.

Ann is a trained Ambassador for the Ring of Gullion and has deep connections with Slieve Gullion Mountain through her family heritage and runs retreats within the sensory paradise of the Ring of Gullion.  Ann teaches a secular practice drawn from a number of ancient traditions and contemporary sources.  Through the gift of meditation, Ann shares practical, portable techniques on how to manage stress in today’s busy world.

Choose from one of four 1-hour sessions: 10.00am, 11.30am, 1.00pm and 2.30pm.  Each session costs £5; all funds raised will be donated to the Alzheimer’s Society NI.  Booking is essential by phoning Ann on +4478 1683 5147 or emailing [email protected] or take a look at Xhale’s facebook page or website.
