Solstice literally means ‘light standing still’. This retreat is the perfect chance to unwind from all the stresses of the Christmas rush and provide a nurturing space for reflection and self-discovery.
Ann will gently guide you through a number of mindfulness meditation techniques including contemplative eating practice, which will help support relaxation, holistic health and well being.
You will learn how to deepen your mediatation practice using the powerful tools of visualisation and personal affirmations, to help create positive change in your life.
During a magical walk through Slieve Gullion Forest, you will be surrounded by the healing energy of the trees. The practice of mindfulness will be encouraged to cultivate awareness of present moment reality and support in unlocking creativity.
Cost: £60 per person (includes: uplifting fruit tea, cinnamon & walnut scone on arrival; two-course lunch – warming winter vegetable soup with toasted multi-seed roll with turkey, stuffing and cranberry, followed by mixed berry crumble tart with vanilla custard and calming mint tea.)
