Slieve Gullion Forest Park one of Britains most mythical forests

A recent article published by The Observer considers the top 10 best woods and forest for myths and legends across the UK, naming our very own Slieve Gullion Forest Park in the list.  The adventures of local giant Finn mac Cumhaill on Slieve Gullion Mountain are reputed as being the winning trait for the forest, central to the Ring of Gullion.  Finn certainly find himself in good company on the list which inlcudes none other than Robin Hood of Sherwood Forest, Nottinghamshire.
