Children’s book reading of her first book, “The Fairy Dummy Tree” by the author A.T. Clerkin
Join author A.T. Clerkin for a reading of her book “The Fairy Dummy Tree” which is a magical fairy story with an underlying focus which encourages children to hang their dummies on fairy trees as an act of kindness for the baby fairies.
Following the reading, a fairy mayor will make an appearance to mingle amongst the children and congratulate them on their act of kindness. There will be a trail through the fairy village to find the Fairy Dummy Tree, where a ritual of hanging our dummies on the tree will take place. Each child will receive a certificate for this act and a copy of the author’s book.
Please queue at the Hobbit Hut nearest the exit to the play park at the end of the Giant’s Lair trail, down the hill from the Giant’s tea cups. Please note those who have pre-booked will get first preference for the first sitting of the story.
To book: Visit the event listing on Eventbrite.
Cost: £9 per family, includes a personalised signed copy of “The Fairy Dummy Tree Book” and a certificate of achievement for giving up their dummy.
