The evening will include a spot of ‘forest bathing!’… where you will immerse yourself in the sensory appreciation of the forest – research findings are growing around the restorative and healing benefits of walking through forests.
We will gently finish the evening with a body scan, so you can bring the benefits of meditation with you on your journey home.
