Ann will introduce you to the powerful relationship between mindfulness and stress management and the many benefits of the practice to holistic health and well-being.
You will learn how to identify stress, and how to manage it through a number of practical tools to live a happier, healthier and more peaceful lifestyle.
Ann will guide you through a number of mindfulness techniques to help anchor you in the present moment e.g. breathing exercises, observing and detaching from your thoughts, body scan, sensory development through contemplative eating and walking practice.
The day will include a restorative and mindful walk through the forest, where you will develop your sensory appreciation of nature and connect with your inner peace.
Cost: £65 includes: tea & coffee with warm freshly made cranberry & orange scones
2 course mindful lunch – nurturing chunky vegetable soup with wholesome granary bread followed by tangy orange polenta cake and calming mint tea.
The two day retreats will be running on Wednesday 2nd November and Saturday 5th November.
