Forest Drive Temporary Closure
PUBLIC NOTICE
Due to essential maintenance, the Forest drive at Slieve Gullion Forest Park will be closed to vehicles from 9am to 5pm on Thursday 3 August and Friday 4 August. The drive will re-open between 5pm and 9pm each evening. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. The bracken and bramble have become very overgrown and we have had complaints from people about their cars getting scratched. We will only be trimming back the smallest amount possible to maintain the road safety. The route is still open to walkers and the contractors know to keep an eye open for them.
